Technology Support
The College of Education and Human Services has our own technical support staff at your disposal. We are here to provide you with the information and assistance to take advantage of the many technolgies available to you here in the college. From broken email, all the way up to planning your next teleconference. We are here to help. As a service of the College rather than the University we can better respond to your specific needs in a prompt manner.

Things we do

Special Services Available
We can provide our faculty and staff with a custom email address for special projects or tempory needs. Then you and you staff can access the adddres in a number of ways. With a @cehs.wright.edu address you can have email sent to a generalized mailbox

We also provide List Serves and Mailing Lists, for staying in touch with large groups or discussions of regular topics.

Free OS X Training On-line
Atomic Learning has some excellent OS X training videos that are free. They will help you learn more about OS X and each one is short and to the point.

Upgrades to Mac OS X
The department is in the process of upgrading all computers to Macintosh OS X. This is Apple's latest system version based on UNIX, an industrial strength operating system that has been used on campus's and corporation throughout the world.

We think you will find your computing is easier and more stable. As a benefit many UNIX programs are now availbable to run on your Mac along with thousands of your favorite Macintosh programs
