Requirements for Admission to the College of Education and Human Services - UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS

The are varied admission requirements for the different programs offered at The College of Education and Human Services. Please review this table to make sure you are meeting both the requirements and the process to ensure your application is succesful.

Degree from an accredited college/university

An Associate's Degree will admit you directly into the Organizational Leadership Program regardless of GPA or completion of prerequisite courses.

Option 2: Completion of

60 semester credit hours of college coursework

Option 2 continued:

cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better and completion of

and

OL 3020

Complete Intra-University Transfer Form and submit to the college in which you are currently admitted. (Not required for students who hold an associates degree or are being advised by University College.)

  1. A typed statement of 250 words or less describing life experences the applicant brings to the ATR Program
  2. Unofficial highschool and college(if applicable) transcripts
  3. Medical History Form Including HBV records
  4. Copy of WSU acceptance letter

  • A current or former employer/administrator
  • A current or former teacher
  • A certified athletic trainer or coach
Applications will be reviewed by the staff, interviews conducted with qualified individuals, and students notified of admittance into the Athletic Training Program by April 15th.
