Candidates will pursue this master's degree in a cohort model of course offerings with program-related experiences to integrate theory and practice. Classes will meet on a non-traditional schedule to allow for employment and incorporate evenings, weekends, web-enhanced, and web-based formats.

  • Admission Requirements
  • Minimum 2.7 undergraduate GPA and score at or above the fiftieth percentile on the GRE or MAT.
  • Candidates with a 3.0 or higher undergraduate GPA are exempt from submitting GRE or MAT scores.
  • 5 years or equivalent work experience.
  • Final candidate selection will be based on prior college work GPA (and MAT/GRE Scores, if required), work experiences, a program committee interview, written essay, and a recommendation by the program admissions committee.
  • Program admission is on a rolling basis.
    Master of Science in Leadership Development

    The Master of Science in Leadership Development (MSLD) will address the principles of individual-based leader development, focusing on processes that build the capacities of groups in organizations. The major goal of the program is to prepare candidates capable of applying knowledge, critical analysis, improvement strategies and research to common challenges encountered in business, community, educational and non-profit organizations.
